Returns made within 90 days:
Simply present your receipt and we will gladly exchange your item for another item, or issue a refund. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Don't have a receipt? If we are able to verify your purchase, a return will be processed. Unfortunately, without a verified proof of purchase, we cannot process returns.
Please note:
Returns are not accepted after 90 days.
Cushions and umbrellas are made-to-order: A 30% fee will be charged for order cancellations or returns made within 90 days.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, custom-made items, floor-model furniture, and merchandise damaged through normal wear and tear.
In the case of a manufacturer defect, simply present your receipt and we?ll gladly exchange, repair the item or issue a merchandise credit.
